Returns

We do offer refunds. We gladly accept returns for full refund or offer exchanges if the item is available.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase date
• Refunds will be issued after item has been processed
• Exchanges are valid on in-stock items only
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
• Must be used in one transaction (one-time use only)
• All returned items must be: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  Free of makeup, deodorant, or fragrance
• With all original tags attached
• Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer

Instructions for Returns

• Start your return or exchange by clicking “Return Your Order” in the website footer
• Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email
• You may: Ship items back using your own carrier, or use our prepaid return label
• Prepaid return labels must be used within 3 business days, or they will expire
• Once your return is received:
• Please allow 2–3 business days for processing
• You will receive your store credit via email

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size if available.

Items are not eligible for exchange if:

• They are final sale or otherwise ineligible
• The request is outside the 14-day return window
• The item has been worn, washed, or damaged
• The same item is unavailable in the desired size
• Exchanges are only available for the same item
• If your size is unavailable, eligible items may be returned for full refund

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
• Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
