Returns
We do offer refunds. We gladly accept returns for full refund or offer exchanges if the item is available.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase date
- Refunds will be issued after item has been processed
- Exchanges are valid on in-stock items only
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
- Must be used in one transaction (one-time use only)
- All returned items must be: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Free of makeup, deodorant, or fragrance - With all original tags attached
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer

- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more
- Any items marked Final Sale at time of purchase

Instructions for Returns
- Start your return or exchange by clicking “Return Your Order” in the website footer
- Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email
- You may: Ship items back using your own carrier, or use our prepaid return label
- Prepaid return labels must be used within 3 business days, or they will expire
- Once your return is received:
- Please allow 2–3 business days for processing
- You will receive your store credit via email
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size if available.
Items are not eligible for exchange if:
- They are final sale or otherwise ineligible
- The request is outside the 14-day return window
- The item has been worn, washed, or damaged
- The same item is unavailable in the desired size
- Exchanges are only available for the same item
- If your size is unavailable, eligible items may be returned for full refund
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
